Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel any month, no questions. It is month to month: a one-line email stops the next invoice, and your data exports the same week. No long contracts, no cancellation fees, no annual lock.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is one person on your team using Leif as their AI employee. Hire as many seats as you have people who will use Leif. Workflows are not metered, calls are not metered, emails are not metered. The seat is the unit. The price is the price.

Does Tavus voice and face work on every plan?

No. Tavus voice and face is Premium only. Base is the AI employee that reads, drafts, and waits for your approval. Premium adds a voice and a video face, so your customers can talk to Leif on the phone or see Leif on screen. Same employee, same training, same owner approval before anything sends; the only difference is how your customers see and hear Leif.

What happens if I hire two Leifs?

Two seats means two hires. Each seat is its own AI employee, trained on its own scope. You may run two seats on different verticals (one for your front-desk reply queue, one for your bookkeeping draft queue), or two seats on the same vertical for redundancy. The seat is the unit; the per-seat price is $500 for Base or $2,500 for Premium.

How am I billed?

Monthly per seat. Base is $500 per seat per month. Premium is $2,500 per seat per month. We do not run an annual prepay tier on this page. If you want to talk annual terms, raise it at the intake call. There is no setup fee. The price is the price.
